3. Request to change Jan. 24 mtg. to Jan. 17. 

ACTION: Change to Jan. 17, pending notification of absentees.  Mary Agnes will email all to confirm.

4. Photo postponed until full attendance
5. Mary Agnes to write article for newsletter
6. County MTA dinner meeting on Jan. 11.  Township will pay for attendees (not spouses), contact VI to reserve.

OLD BUSINESS

1. Ordinance review

           1. Signs.  Reviewed entire ordinance. Items to revisit: 2G, Non-accessory/home occupations; Special Events language

                a. Notes from Mr. Smith: Township Board needs to establish fees and procedures for sign permitting per 8-C. Also, enforcement is necessary following adoption; without an officer, all township officials should be watching for compliance in the township and report violations.

     4. Mr. Smith suggests consideration of landscaping ordinances.  He will bring examples to the next meeting.
